Complimentary business triage session over a phone call. The triage session is only available by scheduled appointment (booking link on the next page). This is to respect the time needed to discuss the basic framework of service without any commercial distractions.


2 Business Health Check

Following on from the triage session and providing the business has met the criteria threshold, we will proceed to send an invitation link to schedule a session for the purposes of conducting a business health check. The results help us to determine how best to leverage services to maximise enterprise value. It covers 7 critical asset components within the functioning business and enables us to gain a deeper diagnosis of areas that need addressing along with prescribed recommendations to help strengthen your business brand position and value. We can utilise our support package systems to help assist your management team every step of the way to fulfill the prescribed recommendations within a pre-agreed timescale (subject to availability).


3  Succession Options Strategy

It's important to have options. We can help formulate a range of options of your succession strategy so that you can release maximum value from your business. Each strategy is curated to your specific needs and the selected option chosen reviewed by regulated professional advisors to reduce financial risk to all stakeholders and the business.
